Today's guest blog is by Nina Bobillier*.
She reviews the DVD "Passion and Patience a Wine Story"There are many reasons why I love
Passion and Patience.
One, I am utterly passionate about wine and so are the individuals who made the film.
Two, it is made in such a funky interesting down to earth way with excellent music.
Three it is very educational and informative especially to someone like me who wants to know the intricate details of wine making and
four the name is so perfectly well suited to it. I wanna be a wine maker!!!
Shayne Cox, the man behind this DVD is the wine maker at
Corazon Wine in Henderson. His wine is something quite different to the typical NZ wine I’ve tried here since being back in NZ (8 months now after living in Europe for the past 17 years). Not surprising his wine is like this given the fact that he has worked in the European wine industry in France and Italy and in Chile.

* About Nina: With her father Swiss and her mother a Kiwi, Nina Bobillier has knowledge and passion of wine that spans both Europe and New Zealand. After completing her wine training at Switzerland's prestigious Changins Wine School, Nina has spent the last 14 years teaching Oenology in reputed hotel, tourism and finishing schools and to media groups throughout Europe. Nina also works as a freelance wine educator and wine guide between Europe and New Zealand.
Before she set sail to learn more about her European heritage in 1996, Nina ran her tour operation company 'Tour de Waiheke Island' specialising in wine experiences at Waiheke Island, New Zealand.
